It is not only about vegan, vegetarian, plant-based etc. It is about conscious consumption of the food we eat. The food be healthy and natural, but is also has bright flavors - sweety, sour, salty, spicy. Breakfast are all day long. Not for vegetarians - just for all people. Our mission is foster a culture of nutrition for ukrainians and guests of the city.
A project in development
Our customers are young people 16-35 y.o., which more-less know about healthy nutrition or have not heard about is before, but want to feel good during the day and other time. This type of nutrition which we provide will ''teach'' and show to people how good for their health they may eat in big city. Most of people are very busy, they sleep a little, work hard, but this cafe will be like a special place in which they may stop and take a break. An interior will be so light, so it will we a perfect time for breakfast of brunch. Dishes will nourishing, rich in macro- and micronutrients, bright and tasty. Not unimportant that our customers will be returned due to staff, because people which will work is that cafe are profeccionals.

Nowdays a topic of nutrition is very important, as food can make people heathier of kill them. Unfortunately, there are not so much healthy cafe or restaurants in Kyiv which includes healthy unusual season food and friendly service. Personally I want to make simple food new and share the best things which I have to world (or, at first to ukrainians and guest of our country)

This place will be like a place of power, so, to create it I need modern equipment, the freshest products, quality stuff and resourses for repares. Menu will include different types of nutrition, but all of them will make people more and more heathy - vegan, vegetarian and ayurveda direction.
There are some plant-based cafes in Kyiv, but a few of them becomes popular. It should be unique and modern to to be competitive.
