We do fast and effective matches of the right people on audio/video meet.

Current Status

The startup was founded in April of 2021. There were 2 pivots.
Despite the war, I rebuilt the team and we started to match Ukrainians for free through the website, helping those in need, with experience. We already have more than one hundred Advisers and two wins in start-up events (YEP Starter pre-accelerator and Hackathon of YEP Moldova & Garage48).
We want to bring this project to the international level. So we will attract investments for developing an MVP of the service and launch it in one of the European countries and in parallel in Ukraine to support our country!
We already have a mobile app prototype, website, and validated UI prototype of the service that we want to build.
Our team consists of 12 participants and the first partnership with IT law firm Avitar.

Market

Seekers - 21-45 y.o., people that have some problems but don't have their own expertise to solve them, they value their own time in searching for the right expertise and like to reduce risks before making a decision, $2000-5000, already use newest app services for increasing their life comfort. Early adopters - business-minded person, who develops their own business.

Advisers - 25-33 y.o., pro-active people that constantly learn smth new and develop themself as professionals, they want to share their knowledge and look for some new additional ways of income, $1500-3500.
Early adopters - consultants, who already get some money through the consultancy.

1) People who have different kinds of problems, but do not have their own experience to solve them effectively

2) People who want to monetize their professional experience in a convenient way, from anywhere in the world, but they don't know who needs their knowledge at the moment

As a Seeker, you just need to leave your question and we’ll find you the best advisers. You’ll be able to choose and meet them at a convenient time! You can quickly get different points of view on the issue from experienced people and solve it effectively!

As an Adviser, you need to specify your expertise and that’s all! We’ll show you the most relevant requests around the world! You’ll be able to help others with your experiences and make money on it from everywhere!

Our competitive features are fast and safe contact between people and AI-matching that allows us to match people not only from the practical side but also from the mental one - according to the psycho type of the person to make these meetings really special!

Finance

Marketing - 40% (all sales/marketing activities)
Development - 30% (full-fledged MVP (mobile app) + infrastructure)
Salary - 20% (hourly basement for critical positions)
Operation - 5 % (program licenses, stock)
Legal - 5 % (legal entity, contracts between all participants, IP, etc.)

Business model

Our business model is really close to taxi services. It’s like Uber for sharing experiences. We’ll start from the C2C model. Service receives from Seeker a fixed price for each match with Advisers. And, for the last one, there will be a freemium + subscription on advanced lead generation.

Sales Channels - targeting advertisement (for specific niches) and influence marketing (because we are about community and trust for people)

Money will be spent on

For building a full-fledged MVP and running it to the global market start from Poland.

Risks

High risk it's to keep the right balance of supply and demand.
We need to provide a constant flow of questions for consultancy.

Also, it's can be very newest service for some people (Europe for example), so we will need to move like Uber in their first time for the niches with a short time to market and explain to our customers new cases of using our service in their daily life.
