Idea

Marketplace of Courses in Poland, analogue of our Ukrainian website.
We are looking for investments not in a startup, but to scale up a successful project in Ukraine to Poland.

New effective advertising channel for educational institutions in Poland
The Courses section is organized on the principle of a marketplace, where:
Sellers are - Training centers,
Buyers - Internet users, course seekers,
Products are separate pages for each course, with a detailed description, training program, schedule and price
Target action - registration for training.

Current Status

There is a site operating in Ukraine. We plan to develop business for Polish users.
We received our first investment at the end of 2013. We spent them on IT development, organizing an office, collecting and publishing content, marketing for the site itself, and organizing sales to attract first customers.
After 1.5 years (April 2015) - they reached self-sufficiency.

At the moment there are: 10 employees, we are in the TOP3 of Google results in Ukraine for most requests related to the selection of training.
On paid terms, we regularly cooperate with: 500 educational institutions (Courses) and 50 universities and colleges.

Income for 2020 was - $ 100,000.
For 2021 - $130,000

Market

There are approximately 4,000 training centers in Poland. We plan to attract at least 10% - 400 educational institutions in the first year

Problem or Opportunity

Our client is an educational institution. Their main problem is to get enough students.
To do this, they need to: create a website, hire employees to support the site and Marketers to set up advertising, and then pay extra for advertising in various sources.
And it is difficult for Internet users to choose and compare schools and courses when they are located in different places.

Solution (product or service)

Paying for the services of our portal, the educational institution receives:
1. Mini-site with a separate About page, and one page for each course. The courses also have an enrollment and feedback form.
2. Content manager services. If an educational institution cannot design its pages on its own, our employee does it for free.
3. Access to an audience that right now chooses an educational institution for itself.

And Internet users choose courses in one place, compare programs, cost, training conditions.

Competitors

eventis.pl - they mostly have short trainings. On our website there will be a much wider assortment and an emphasis on practical long-term courses (Such as Massage Courses, Design Courses, English Courses, etc., which are not here)

szkolenia.com.pl - not user-friendly site, no mobile version of the site. Our experience shows that 80% of training registrations come from users with mobile devices. As a result, they have very few clients - 48 educational institutions. (For comparison, 700 educational institutions were advertised on our Ukrainian website)

Advantages or differentiators

Our main advantage is our experience and proven technologies (from monetization methods to ways of interacting with the client), which will allow us to scale quickly and not make mistakes that our competitors will make.

We also have a highly motivated, well-coordinated team.

Finance

We plan to sell 2 types of subscriptions.
Premium - $120 per month
Standard - $50 per month

In the first year, we plan to attract 300 educational institutions. We expect a minimum income of $180,000

Business model

SaaS model.
Minimum payment $50 per month.
The first month is free.
This is necessary for educational institutions to see the result.

Money will be spent on

Website development and website design.
Development of promotional materials, video clips.
Marketing (SEO, Adwords, Facebook).
Costs for the team, before reaching self-sufficiency.

Company share - 50%

Risks

For 8 years of work in Ukraine, we have already encountered a large number of possible problems and have learned how to solve them. We do not see any risks in the Polish market.
