Problem or Opportunity
Overload of the market with gasoline/diesel engine cars. The percentage of electric cars is low, especially in Ukraine. World wide trends about reducing CO2 emissions lead to the demand for new approaches and a new vision for daily life car. The simplicity of construction and reduced maintenance costs makes a crucial advantage in comparison with existing diesel petroleum cars. The question is only to use imported electric cars or make an attempt to create something new from scratch. The idea described in this page represents of developing a brand new electric car with modern principles and best worldwide practices.

Provide to market unique product competitive with modern electric cars at the market. The development of the car prototype is a most important and expensive stage for making a product. Involving the team with science-oriented people make the main focus on the best solutions in terms of efficiency and sustainability of construction. Agile principles selected on the development stage has been chosen for more close cooperation with investor and potential clients. The main idea is to generate repeatable solutions for all elements of car prototype construction, where further production could be done with the same quality, or even with improvements.

The main advantage is using internal Ukrainian resources/materials which can reduce costs.
Investments are required for car-prototype construction. Revenue is possible on the production stage. Details about the requested expenses can be found in the attached presentation(pitch-deck). According to the defined plan production shall happen in the 3rd and 4th year after the start of development. According to a calculation profit of 25% for investors available after 85 cars will be sold to clients. After the first car would be sold, online service for cars have to be activated, expenses for this not included in overall expenses. But this topic is very important because the safety of the client is a pivotal factor in our work. Investors shall be aware of it and understand that team does their best job but the point could be missed. Better to keep the Development team in charge of the service team as they would have been designed and developed by themself. In this case, they would be able to react as soon as possible on possible issues in construction.
* Selected markets are Ukrainian, German, Poland. * The closest market rival by quality and price requirements is VW Golf or eGolf. But the "Ucar prototype" is going to be slightly bigger by dimensions. * How to achieve lower costs of production, use internal Ukrainian materials and services which usually slightly cheaper than the same in EU.
After coming to the market investor would be able to receive invested money back. After production would start investors would be able to get money back. 85 cars required to achieve a profitable point. But improvements and further support also will be required as well. Staying in the market means fast reactions and making updates. The development team shall continue work, especially where feedback would be collected from end-users. *In SImple words, metrics of Car prototype development: - 1st year: drivetrain, suspension, and related software. - 2nd year: car body, interior, exterior, software. - 3rd year: Certifications, tests, production.
