Idea

We propose to use the solution working in Ukraine, to connect the doctors in Europe with the patients via online visits. We solve the problem of shortage of doctors in the specific region and risk to be infected. Due to easy interfaces, the possibility to integrate with Data Bases of Doctors and Patients and API available software it can start work in a few days in the EU, cities or clinics and help manage healthcare problems during the Coronovirus period and after it. It low cost solution due to SaaS transaction model (1 euro per visit). We need a partner to help with organization

Current Status

The proposed project will be built on the basis of the running project Handy.Ai/Doctor. It is hard to give a forecast for Europe, it depends on the territory and its healthcare system. Running project Handy.Ai/Doctor (start - April 2020, Ukraine). The average customer check per month from SaaS payment (per transaction) is 250 euros, for a license - 40 euros. The first month - 7 customers. New customers: from 15 customers from May to July, from 25 customers from August to October, from 50 customers from November and beyond (this forecast incl. only Ukraine territory)

Problem or Opportunity

Due to high risk of infection for both doctors and patients, online format of visits is preferable. Patients with other diseases and mild forms of Covid 19 should have access to doctors. There are the shortage of doctors in the outbreak areas. Another problem is, that In the case of online consultations, the Government does not charge clinicians any compensation because there is no mechanism for calculating of these hoursюallows the patient to consult his doctor fr om any location and from any device with access to the Internet. The solution will also expand geographically (physicians from areas wh ere fewer infected patients will be able to help overburdened colleagues at the epicenter of the epidemic), and over time: a physician has more flexibility, than within a standard work day. The public authority will be able to register both doctors and patients almost instantly by exporting the relevant Databases and keeping records and charging online hours to the appropriate clinics and doctors. Ukrainian private clinics pay us for the service. We think that EU clinics and municipalities will be happy to pay too.

Solution (product or service)

We combined the functional of medical information systems, conference call systems (Zoom), a database and a simple dialogue interface and virtual personal assistant for the doctor and for the patient. It assist doctor in managing his schedule, organization of online and offline visits. It assists the patient to book and hold online and offline visit and receive other healthcare services. In the nearest future it will be ready to transfer data from patients wearable devices to their doctors, push alarm messages etc. SaaS model, GDPR ready, low cost, low code, Cloud solution. Ready to immediate start and fast deploy of new skills.

Competitors

1. Zoom or other conference call services. They allow to hold the online visit, but do not allow to organize the process: find the doctor, manage the schedule, book the visit. They need to be combine with Google calendars, doctors Data bases, other Medical Information systems, which is not convenient
2. Medical information systems. They have doctor Databases, but do not allow to organize online visits and are very complicated and low adoption

Finance

The current payback of the project will come on 4-5 months of work when conducting 30,000 consultations per month. Next, we need 3-6 months of work to achieve 100,000 consultations per month, which means a profit of 40,000 euros per month (before taxes). For more accurate calculations, it is necessary to understand the territory in which the project will be deployed and the number of patients

Business model

SaaS model (transactions). Our clients pay for every transaction (usage of Handy' skills, e.g. 1 euro per online visit) according to price list and license fee. We have Handy Base, Handy Pro, Handy Enterprise Package

Offer for investor

We are looking for a partner in business organization (GR and solving organizational issues), an investor who will be ready to enter the product that we are ready to create on the basis of Handy.Ai/Doctor for the period of the epidemic and develop after the crisis as a public, private or municipal project. We give our partner a service for permanent connect the patients with the doctors that will constantly improve the health care system. We are ready to develop it and create new functionality, e.g.to transfer data from patients wearable devices to their doctors, alarm push messages etc. We are ready to give the investor an experienced and active team, provide all available data on the implementation in Ukraine and invest our energy and money to give a personal healthcare assistant to every resident and doctor in Europe. We are also interested in investing in our main product - Handy.Ai (incl. Virtual Doctor, HR, Recruiter, Customer Care) and are ready to pitch the product

Risks

1. inflexibility of municipalities and other government bodies
2. Lack of a partner who will help with the tasks of obtaining permits, legislation and organizational issues
