Idea

Our idea is based on the "3R" concept, namely rebuy, recycle, resell. We give new life to old things, while saving resources. New, stylish, and most importantly, ecological clothes that will definitely appeal to our target audience.

Our target audience: "Truly green" people who care about the environment. There are no age restrictions. But at the beginning, the focus will be on the female audience. People who like to stand out from the crowd and buy designer and unusual things.
The benchmark is people from European countries (hereinafter the USA, Canada)
If taken in percentage terms, then our future clients occupy 35% of the entire population (the average figure for Europe, people above the middle class). But I would also like to note that some of the European middle class are also among our future customers, and this is another 15 percent. the product will be targeted to such countries as: France, Italy. Because these countries are countries of style.

Problem or Opportunity

USP: We create style, transforming the long-forgotten into something new and flourishing, thus taking care of the environment.

The main problem is the long production of the product, because the design development is a difficult process, but it will cover the cost of the products.
There is also a problem in the area of product promotion, as the light industry is highly competitive, but the novelty of our idea should give us market share in this area. Also, an important aspect will be the marketing strategy of the product, which requires significant funds.
Another disadvantage is that our brand is luxury, which means that we are targeting a narrow target audience, which also creates difficulties in promoting the brand.

Solution (product or service)

To begin with, we buy old things, then our designers develop sketches of a new product based on old clothes.
Over time, the service "Update your wardrobe" will also be available. Its essence will be that people who care about the environment want to buy new, designer things, and here we come to their aid. They send us their old clothes, and we, together with our design team, give them a new life, where these clothes can once again delight their owners with style and quality. At the same time, we satisfy the needs of customers without harming the environment.

We create style, transforming the long-forgotten into something new and flourishing, thus taking care of the environment.
Many competitors focus simply on the design and quality of products, as well as on their existence on the market. Our project is ecological and innovative in this field. We also have some positioning features that will differentiate us from our competitors. We want to make the world a better place, while giving people beauty and joy.

Finance

The price will depend to a greater extent on the work of the designers, each product is a work of art, so the price will be different. $300-$800 range, but not sure. The cost of sales for the first year is 50-90 thousand dollars.

Business model

1.To begin with, we create a couple of designs.
2.We launch advertising in social networks. Cooperation with bloggers.
3.We analyze the overview and coverage.
4.After collecting all the data, we continue to create designs, if the project is successful, if not, we rebuild our strategy based on the collected information.
5.We organize exhibitions (online or offline) to increase visibility.
6.If there are more orders, we introduce new promotion channels, thereby strengthening our position on the market.
