I'm working on opening a Lead Generation Agency to do outsourced lead generation and outreach for US/Canada/UK businesses. I have a team of qualified people who can do that, while I have already started a campaign to aquire new businesses as clients.
This business has a very high margin - +-50% of the contract price (might vary based on the management structure), while we have the expertise to provide a service of the very high quality.
We have started a campaign to aquire new clients.
1 client is already on the paperwork stage, 4 more are still negotiating.
I have already hired 2 agents and the 1'st project should start the 2'nd week of November.
Our market is b2b Saas companies who are interested in aquiring specific businesses as their clients.
Most of them are located in the US and Canada.

In the US/Canada/Western and Northen Europe it is hard but impossible to find a qualified lead generator for ~2k USD/mo.
We can provide a qualified person that will be motivated, will have a fluent English and provide service guarantees.
With the help of our service our clients' salespeople can have a sustainable number of opportunities/week, while they will pay much less than if they did all the prospecting in-house.
Solution (product or service)
Our dedicated lead generators and outreachers can find pretty much any leads that are on the web - specific software users, specific event organizers, specific compeny types, etc.
At the same time, we aim at delivering 3-10 appointments per week for our clients' sales teams based on the project.
Other lead generation companies - Cience, Leadium, Pilot SG, etc.
Their pricing is much bigger, while the service itself is much less personalized.
Advantages or differentiators
We are doing much more personalized campaigns (very targeted) to hit the quality numbers, not the quantity.
We provide service guarantees that are not usually being provided.
We have each outreacher to write the personalized campaign for each project, while most of competitors have 1 copy-paster within their office.
To compete with current lead generation business we have to be agressive on our pricing, and so the average price of the project is:
- 1000 USD/mo for the lead research project with 1 researcher
- 1500 USD/mo for one outreacher
Compensation for an outreacher and lead researcher is 300-600 USD/mo based on their experience and skills, office rental cost and work tools are 100-150 USD/mo per person.
Each project is profitable from the start and to minimize the expenses at the beginning we rely on coworking space instead of the dedicated office.
We plan to get at least 2 new project per month during the first year, after that we will have to review our management structure.
As for now we operate as a private PE under Ukrainian legislation, as soon as we aquire enough investments we will hire an accountant and register the LLC.
Money will be spent on
Office rental costs, tools for lead research and outreach, compensation for the staff for the first 3 months.
Offer for investor
We would be glad to provide all the financial stats on a montly basis and deliver a fixed percentage of revenue based on the agreement.
See no risks as for the business - each project is profitable from the start.
The only risk is that me as a CEO should have a certain level of income to keep focused on the project 100% of the time, and that is only possible if we have 3+ projects.
