Текущее состояние

Currently, the H.E.A.T. Platform is 85% complete and in working order, including a working version.
Financial packages + service level agreement (SLA) + installation packages and more have been developed.
Signed memorandums of cooperation with the rehabilitation center “Super Humans” with one of the universities in Kiev and Zhytomyr.
Planned with "Super Humans" to start a demo version for 1 month of free use and then on a paid basis contract for a year. There are agreements with Zhytomyr Military Institute on cooperation. In addition, meetings with city leaders on cooperation were held. At the stage of negotiations with the Ministry of Veteran Affairs and other veteran organizations. Valicor UA is a member of the inter-factional union in the Parliament on issues of veterans of Ukraine (Mental health). Negotiations are also underway with veteran organizations and rehabilitation centers in Ukraine.
There is also a great interest of the military and police to use the platform. But to work with the public sector it is necessary to obtain a state certificate from the Department of Special Communications. For this purpose, a clear technical specification has been written, which will ensure a high level of information security.
The scope of work and tasks are prepared for the missing 15%. It is only necessary to finance the project. After financing of the project start in 2 - 2,5 months.
We predict that after launching within the first month, we will easily reach the figures of 1000 or more tests. The cost per test is planned from $1 - $2 depending on the market segment B2C, B2B, B2G.

Client Profile and Their Problems:

1. B2C (Individual Users)
Problem: According to data from the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, over 50,000 children sought mental health support in the first nine months of 2024, three times more than the previous year. This figure only accounts for those who reached out, with the actual number being much higher. Many children were left behind by parents who couldn’t evacuate them from Ukraine. The adult population of Ukraine is also facing significant emotional distress due to the ongoing conflict.

Solution: The H.E.A.T. platform provides personalized, real-time emotional state analysis, helping users understand and manage their psycho-emotional health. By doing so, it aids in early detection of risks such as emotional disorders and suicides.

2. B2B (Businesses and Corporations)
Problem: Mental health issues among employees lead to significant financial losses for employers. A study by Deloitte found that in the UK, such issues cost employers approximately £45 billion annually, including expenses due to decreased productivity, high turnover, and absenteeism. In Ukraine, emotional disorders significantly impact both the economy and individual businesses. Although these losses haven’t been measured due to the war, discussions with businesses reveal a pressing need to change how human potential is managed, with emotional stability taking center stage.

Solution: Integrating H.E.A.T. into HR systems and corporate platforms enables employers to monitor employees' emotional states, prevent burnout, and improve team effectiveness.

3. B2G (Government Institutions, Defense Sector)
Problem: According to the World Health Organization, about 10 to 15 million people in Ukraine are at risk of mental health disorders, ranging from mild to severe.

Solution: H.E.A.T. provides government institutions with tools for monitoring and analyzing the emotional state of various population groups, including military personnel, police officers, border guards, and civil servants, which helps develop effective support programs and reduce social risks.

4.Preliminary Cooperation Agreements
Currently, we are in negotiations with several government institutions (Ukrainian Armed Forces, Police), large corporations, banks in Ukraine, as well as rehabilitation centers and veterans' organizations, to implement the H.E.A.T. platform for improving mental health detection, monitoring, and analytics, ultimately enhancing work efficiency.

5. Global Mental Health Crisis
According to reports, about 90% of the Ukrainian population is experiencing mental health disorders due to the war, including PTSD, depression, and anxiety.
These issues negatively impact personal and family life, leading to decreased productivity and increased economic losses.

6. Mental Health Issues Among Soldiers and Their Families
The mental health of military personnel is significantly worse than that of the general population, with anxiety and depressive disorders occurring twice as frequently.
The families of military personnel, veterans, and those who have lost loved ones in the war also face serious emotional challenges that require timely support and intervention.

7. Connection to the H.E.A.T. Platform
The H.E.A.T. platform is designed to address the aforementioned issues by providing effective tools for monitoring and managing emotional states at the individual, corporate, and government levels. This helps improve mental health while reducing the associated economic and social risks.

Solution: For defense forces (military, police, border guards), H.E.A.T. helps reduce personnel losses and improve mission effectiveness. Government agencies gain a digital tool for monitoring, control, and analytics, enabling better understanding of emotional well-being among key population groups. This supports the development of effective assistance programs and reduces social risks.
Why will the client pay? Governments allocate billions to rehabilitation and social support programs. H.E.A.T. by Valicor Ukraine can become a key tool in the "Emotional Security of Ukraine" national program, optimizing costs and increasing the effectiveness of mental health initiatives under Law No. 12030 of January 15, 2025, "On the Mental Health Protection System."

Конкуренты

As of February 2025, the H.E.A.T. (Human Emotion Analysis Technology) platform stands as a pioneering solution in Ukraine, offering remote, real-time analysis of human emotional states through advanced AI and machine learning technologies. Currently, there are no direct competitors within the Ukrainian market providing a comparable suite of services.

Indirect Competitors and Substitutes

While direct competition is absent, several indirect competitors and alternative solutions address aspects of mental health and emotional well-being in Ukraine:

Traditional Mental Health Clinics and Centers: These facilities offer in-person psychological assessments and therapy sessions. However, their services often come with higher costs per session and require physical attendance, limiting accessibility for some individuals.

Telemedicine and Online Counseling Services: In response to the increased demand for mental health support, various online platforms have emerged:

"Tell Me": A free Ukrainian online mental health service specializing in cognitive-behavioral therapy, supported by the Ukrainian Red Cross and the Ministry of Health. It offers remote counseling but does not provide real-time emotional state analysis.
HEALTHPOLICY-WATCH.NEWS

UNFPA Initiatives: The United Nations Population Fund in Ukraine has developed virtual safe spaces to assist teenagers in prioritizing their mental health. These platforms focus on providing critical sexual and reproductive care and raising awareness around mental health but lack the analytical capabilities of H.E.A.T.
WEFORUM.ORG

Community-Based Support Programs: Organizations like HIAS have been supporting individuals through community-based activities, stress-management groups, and group support for caregivers and parents. While these programs offer valuable support, they do not utilize technology for real-time emotional analysis.
HIAS.ORG

Differentiation of H.E.A.T.
- H.E.A.T. distinguishes itself from these alternatives through several key features:
- Remote Accessibility: Users can access the platform from any location with an internet connection, eliminating the need for physical presence.
- Real-Time Emotional Analysis: Utilizing advanced AI algorithms, H.E.A.T. provides immediate assessments of emotional states, a feature not available in traditional counseling or existing telemedicine services.
- Cost-Effectiveness: With test prices ranging from $1 to $2, H.E.A.T. offers an affordable solution compared to the higher costs associated with traditional therapy sessions.
- Comprehensive Integration: Beyond individual use, H.E.A.T. integrates seamlessly into HR platforms, CRM systems, and governmental analytical centers, providing versatile applications across various sectors.

In summary, while indirect competitors offer valuable mental health support services, H.E.A.T.'s unique combination of remote accessibility, real-time analysis, affordability, and integrative capabilities positions it as a distinct and innovative solution in the Ukrainian market.

Риски

Potential Risks That Could Prevent Business Success
Launching and scaling the H.E.A.T. platform involves several key risks that could impact its success. These risks can be categorized into financial, competitive, technological, regulatory, and market-related risks.

1. Financial Risk (Primary Risk)
The main risk currently affecting the launch of the business is a lack of sufficient funding.
The project requires a minimum of $300,000 and a maximum of $500,000 to ensure a successful launch and early-stage growth.
If the necessary funding is secured within a short timeframe, H.E.A.T. is prepared to launch within 2 – 2.5 months based on already defined timelines.

1.1.The funds are crucial for:
- Finalizing platform development (approximately 15% of work remains).
- Implementing security measures, particularly for information protection and cybersecurity. Given the wartime context, data on emotional states is highly sensitive and could be exploited by adversaries.
- Enhancing technical functionalities, including the integration of different financial packages, resolving existing system issues, and conducting penetration testing.
- Marketing and sales strategy execution, including paid advertising, PR campaigns, and direct client engagement.
- Outsourced services, including technical support and external consulting.
- Team salaries and tax obligations.

2. Competitive Risk
While H.E.A.T. currently has no direct competitors in Ukraine, the following risks exist:
- Emergence of new competitors: Established mental health tech companies could develop similar solutions and enter the Ukrainian market.
- Alternative solutions: Traditional psychological assessments, therapy services, and HR tools may continue to dominate if customers do not see the value in AI-driven emotional diagnostics.
- Market skepticism: Potential clients may take time to trust AI-driven emotional assessments, especially in critical sectors such as healthcare and government.

3. Technological Risk
- Cybersecurity vulnerabilities: If the platform experiences data breaches or hacking attempts, it could undermine trust and lead to significant reputational and legal issues.
- AI model accuracy and bias: If the AI system does not provide consistently accurate emotional analysis, it may face criticism and reduced adoption.
Integration challenges: Ensuring smooth integration with HR systems, corporate IT infrastructure, and government databases requires significant development effort and compliance with various security standards.

4. Regulatory and Legal Risk
- Data privacy regulations: Compliance with GDPR, Ukrainian data protection laws, and international cybersecurity standards is critical. Any violations or mismanagement of personal emotional data could result in fines, legal battles, and loss of credibility.
- Government regulations: Mental health assessments and AI-driven diagnostics could face additional regulations or licensing requirements that might slow down expansion.

5. Market and Adoption Risk
- Slow user adoption: Businesses, government institutions, and individual users may take time to fully embrace AI-driven emotional diagnostics, delaying revenue generation.
- Economic instability: Given the wartime conditions in Ukraine, businesses and institutions may prioritize other investments over mental health technology.
- Changing customer needs: If market demand shifts or users prefer alternative mental health solutions, the platform may need significant adjustments.
- Mitigation Strategies
- Securing early investment: Actively pursuing funding through investors, grants, and partnerships to close the financial gap.
- Building strategic partnerships: Strengthening relationships with government agencies, businesses, and healthcare organizations to create a solid market foothold.
- Ensuring top-tier cybersecurity: Implementing cutting-edge encryption and security protocols to protect user data.
- Continuous AI improvement: Conducting frequent testing and validation of the AI models to enhance accuracy and reliability.
- Regulatory compliance: Working with legal experts to ensure full adherence to all data protection laws and industry regulations.
- Marketing and education campaigns: Raising awareness about the importance of emotional diagnostics and the benefits of H.E.A.T. to encourage adoption.

While these risks exist, H.E.A.T. is designed to be a scalable and resilient platform with strong technological, business, and social impact potential. With proper funding and execution, the project can achieve widespread adoption and long-term success.

Прохождение Инкубационных/Акселерационных программ

I have not had much free time to participate in formal incubation or acceleration programs. However, after my first attempt at creating a pitch deck, I realized that my approach was not structured correctly. This prompted me to seek out extensive information online, particularly fr om experienced investors.

I dedicated significant time to studying the latest investor presentations on YouTube, wh ere they discussed the most critical and recurring mistakes made by startup founders. I carefully took notes, documenting key insights in detail, and then developed a structured approach tailored specifically to my product.

My first public presentation further highlighted areas for improvement, allowing me to refine my pitch and enhance my professionalism. Each experience became a learning opportunity, helping me continuously improve my strategy and presentation skills.

Победы в Конкурсах и другие награды

In October 2024, I won the qualification round organized by DefSec, which earned me an invitation, along with my partner, to the Engaged Investments Conference in Prague. Additionally, I was invited to and participated in the Ukraine Veterans Summit in Brussels.

We also took part in international conferences in Washington, Kyiv, and L'viv, focusing on issues related to Ukrainian veterans.
