The idea itself was based on renting cosplay costumes and office costumes and accessories for people, but after the realization it will be possible to introduce any categories of goods.

It all started with ideas !
After that we started research such as competitive analysis and 5W method. We formed a target audience and hypotheses that were confirmed through interviews with people. There were some new insights and fears from people without forming new hypotheses !
Sitemap structure and Wireframes were developed for our application !
Also did research on selecting the main color and fonts for our app . And made a design for the Main Flow

Our client can be a man or a woman ! In the age range from 18-55 years. But according to our analysis it will be an audience of 18-30 years old. It will suit a person who often likes to change his image or often attends events but can not afford to buy an expensive suit!
The rental business on such a scale is very poorly developed locally in Ukraine there are no platforms of this type only offline stores or similar .
Direct competitors in Ukraine are OLX, Prom, Shafa but they do not have rental technology

My client is cosplayers, photographers, people who are engaged in sewing office costumes, organizers of parties, exhibitions where there may be involved costumes that can be rented without fear that it will not fit through our application.
A person will be able to rent a costume in three clicks and loyally/quietly return the costume if they don't like something !
A good selection will be made through the correct size grid from the stores and also due to 3D models or AR technology .

My product is a marketplace that will be available on IOS and Android devices . The main purpose of the product is to rent anything, but at first the idea was based on cosplay and office costumes, but also you can not eliminate the customer from the possibility of buying what he wants ! Our platform will act as an intermediary . In marketplaces our application will be available for free download. Our financial model of earning is advertising outside the application, earnings on subscriptions, for businesses to become a VIP seller. Also earnings will consist of a percentage of made operations in the application of buying or renting something or ! In the first stages after the launch the costs will be based on product improvement and advertising.
Success after launching in one year is half a million downloads and a certain number of purchases and sales in our app
