Idea

The idea of Cryeye is to automate the maximum number of audits for servers, websites and applications to produce a blueprint which allows you to have a birds eye view of your project. Our interface allows even users with a low level of computer knowledge to be able to have high level detailed reports about critical security threats to deep recon company identity issues.

Current Status

Currently more than 1500+ security audits are integrated and automated in Cryeye, capable of continuously performing the entire security cycle of client/user or company infrastructure.
It is an MVP project that is already in use by several internal partners and is being updated with new functionality.

Market

Our main customers are large companies that have IT infrastructure (websites, platforms, servers) that want to improve the quality of security for themselves and their employees from all possible hacker attacks and vulnerabilities. The areas that are best suited to us are: Information and Communication Technology; Healthcare; Banking, Financial Services and Insurance; Government; Manufacturing; Retail.
The global cyber security market was valued at USD 202.72 billion in 2022 and is projected to expand at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 12.3% from 2023 to 2030.

Problem or Opportunity

Growing rate in technology has shown a vast opening for potential threats and weaknesses against companies, forcing businesses to spend large amounts of money protecting themselves.
The main problems faced by our client are: Mass hacker attacks, Demand for IT security professionals, outdated and difficult to learn software, price of security solutions.

Solution (product or service)

Our platform contains all the necessary functionality from 1500 automated security audits, capable of finding vulnerabilities in servers, websites, mobile applications, source code, cloud solutions and supporting the entire IT infrastructure of the user and his company. Automating vulnerability testing eliminates the need for physical manpower and optimizes speed in security assessments.
An additional solution is our project support team, which will take upon itself the ability to help clients with projects and train in the use of Cryeye.

Competitors

Our main competitors are similar scanners like Acunetix, Netsparker, Metasploit.

Advantages or differentiators

Similar competitors are well financed and have established their reputation in the market. However, our solution surpasses them in number of features, better price and hours of support. Also the architecture of our platform allows us to use the solutions of our competitors through our platform.

Finance

Our business model consists of selling 4 types of product subscription plans. The minimum annual plan price varies from $20000 and includes from 350 hours of support for which our clients can hire our team for any project. Each plan includes full Cryeye functionality with unlimited use 24/7/365.

If we raise the investment and after a major promotion of our product, we plan to sell 3 to 5 subscriptions per month with retention of our loyal users after each year.
We also have the ability to show demos of our product and provide a trial version of Cryeye so that the user can get acquainted with our product in person.

Money will be spent on

The main purpose of attracting investment is to accelerate the growth of our company and confidently enter the world market. We plan to advertise our product on popular IT platforms and conferences in 2023. Increase the number of employees in the security and marketing departments. And purchase the necessary hardware to create a comfortable environment for customers to work with our solution.

Offer for investor

The approximate percentage of the company we can offer is 15-20%. However, we would prefer to discuss this in person at a meeting. It may also depend on the amount of investment in our project.

Risks

Our platform may seem overloaded with functionality which may discourage users from using it. We do not provide Cryeye functionality separately if the user does not want to overpay for something they will not use. Also, our advertising may not pay off and we may not gain a large audience of users.

Incubation/Acceleration programs accomplishment

2022-2023 We participated in the MIT Poland Prize acceleration program. We received a grant, opened a company in Poland and are cooperating with one of the companies that will use our solution in the future.
