Our AI runs in 63 correctional facilities across 13 states, up from 2 in March 2026. We launched our API at the end of 2025, signed 7 contracts, and have been profitable since April. The system has been tested in 5 randomized trials, including one at the University of Pennsylvania.

Elomia is an LLM-based system that teaches evidence-based self-help techniques for the situation a person brings up. When more is needed, it helps them take the first step toward a professional. It detects suicide risk and connects people to crisis services. Care organizations launch it as their own chatbot through our API, and we handle integration, support and compliance.

B2B. Organizations pay for API usage plus a monthly retainer for our team, which handles integration, support and compliance. Sometimes we also build the front end for them. Our customers are care-focused organizations: correctional healthcare, healthcare providers, payers and EAP providers.
