INPUT SOFT is a web platform for companies in the aviation industry: helps optimize resources, reduce costs, collect and analyze data from all processes at the airports.
Current Status
During the last year, we won a demo day prize within the incubator YEP (Kyiv, Ukraine), a $25,000 grant from Ukrainian Startup Fund, got into the Techstars accelerator, and received a $120,000 investment.
Since the beginning of 2022, we have been testing our platform with three airports in Ukraine (ODS, IEV, Skyline-Handling KBP station). Now, we are cooperating with Turin airport in a free trial period, also signed an NDA on cooperation with All4Jets (Poland), taking part in a tender to provide software services for Rome airport, and negotiating with 2 more airports (EU, Africa).
Problem or Opportunity
In recent years, due to Covid restrictions, the number of flights has dropped significantly and a major problem has been revealed - companies in the aviation industry are not guided by data-driven decisions and are not using their human and technical resources efficiently, resulting in losing money and not reaching their KPIs.
Solution (product or service)
At INPUT SOFT we are developing 2 software suites RESOURCE MANAGEMENT (TRL 9) and DATA MANAGEMENT (TRL 7). When used in tandem, they will help collect data on the provided services during the handling of aircraft, allocate human and technical resources efficiently, eliminate the use of paper forms and minimize the time the aircraft awaits for departure with running engines, thus reducing CO2 emissions.
Business model
The main source of income will be a monthly subscription fee for access to the web platform and a one-time license fee for using the platform at the beginning of cooperation with us. Also, we offer outsourced resource planning services without access to the platform.
Incubation/Acceleration programs accomplishment
YEP Starter incubation program (Spring 2021, Kyiv, Ukraine),
