- to satisfy the growing global demand for high-quality, original and interesting educational games and toys, as well as souvenir and game products and hobbies for adults and children;
- to conquer and increase your share of the global market; to gain worldwide brand recognition and consumer recognition;

Current Status

A ready-for-sale unit of production is 1 set of constituent parts of a 3D model together with a tool for its manual assembly, packed in an appropriate box.
In the early years of business development, our own production of products will include the following processes:
- full development of mechanical 3D-models - from the appearance to the shape and size of each component part;
- production of component parts from an outsourcing partner company;
- acquisition and testing of ready-made kits;
- packaging, labeling, storage and shipment of finished products.

In the long term, it is planned to purchase additional equipment and switch to completely own production.
In the calculations of this business plan, the condition is accepted that the constant balance (reserve) of finished products is 120% of the need for sales of the next month.

Market

The total volume of the world market for games and toys (excluding video games and board games), according to various data from world market analysts, is estimated at $ 275 billion - $ 382 billion per year. The segment is expected to grow at an average rate of 5% per annum over the next 5 years. According to data for 2020, more than 50% of the market turnover was provided by an audience of consumers over 15 years old.
Taking a closer look at the various segments of the games and toys market in the context of this business project, we are especially interested in the dynamics of such segments as Building / Construction Sets & Models and Jigsaw and Puzzles (incl. 3D Puzzles), since our products are most relevant to them.

Problem or Opportunity

While today the market of 3D constructors and mechanical models already exists and is actively developing, and there is even such a relatively "young" niche as mechanical 3D constructors made of metal, our product is not only a novelty, but also has a real innovative component. The latter consists in the development of new technical solutions and improved technologies for the production of component parts, which ensures perfect assembly and precise mechanics of the finished product. The uniqueness of our models is also ensured by the original design developed exclusively for our products with our designers.

As the current global market trends, statistics and analysts' forecasts confirm, our product is fully relevant to the current market (its trends, demand and consumer expectations), and also has its own competitive advantages (repeatedly mentioned above in the business plan). Therefore, the launch of this business project will now be highly effective and justified.

Our business project is initially aimed at the global market. Nevertheless, it fully complies with the “Scalable” criterion, as it provides ample opportunities to increase sales and share of the conquered global market due to:
- expanding the line of models (creating new designs, updating component parts, releasing models in new materials, inventing new mechanisms for creating interesting 3D models, in the future, robotization of products is possible, etc.);
- an increase in production and sales volumes, an increase in current production areas and equipment, the creation of new production points in other regions of the world to reduce logistics costs;

4. Large share of the target audience of our products is the adult population. This fact not only expands the general audience of potential consumers, but also makes it possible to sell our product in a higher price category than many other products on the market of games, toys and hobbies.
5. A strong owner / general project manager who has not only the necessary experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, but also personal characteristics that will help lead the business to success.
6. The presence of a key resource base at the beginning of a business project - a core team of developers and designers, a production facility, 52 product models ready for production, 6 valid patents, preliminary supply agreements with wholesale dealers.
7. A short period of time required to start production and first sales.
8. An effective business model, focused primarily on wholesale sales and not burdened by the need for large-scale assets and premises, as well as building its own logistics system. Thanks to this model, the business has the opportunity to enter the international market from the very beginning.

b) location: living all over the world, mainly USA, UK, Europe;
c) income level: average, above average, high;
d) needs: those who wish to acquire an educational and cognitive game for a child or an adult; who wants to find a useful and original alternative hobby; who wants to make a unique and useful gift and / or souvenir, as well as decorate the interior; those who have long been fans of mechanical 3D puzzles and collect them.

2. Distributors and dealers who purchase wholesale lots from our company and carry out retail sales to the end consumer through their own channels. Specifications:
a) activities:
- wholesale distributors who are intermediaries and sell wholesale or small wholesale to
dealers;
- dealers - online and offline stores of games and toys, souvenirs, original interior decorations;
b) Coverage area: companies / stores that sell online and / or have offline outlets around the
world wh ere the relevant end user is present.

Our sets of mechanical DIY 3D metal models is a new improved type of volumetric mechanical constructors. The unique advantages of our products in comparison with the current market offerings:
- ultra-precise parts of the kit, created using thin sheet metal and patented unique production technology of our own design. These characteristics provide the complexity of forging parts, ease of assembly, the most effective appearance, as well as the ideal mechanics of the finished 3D model. The thickness of our sheet metal is 0.30-0.50 mm, unlike, for example, the competitor Metal Earth, which produces parts from a material thickness of 0.15 mm.
- the addition of electronic components to mechanical models, which makes the assortment even more diverse and interesting to the consumer;
- originality, a variety of designs (including color ones, as well as with lighting - which our competitors do not have) and model ideas (more than 52 already developed today), which will support the unquenchable interest of consumers in our products;
- the presence of large, impressive models in our assortment - on average, our products measure 15-40 cm. This is a high advantage over competitors (for example, the sizes of Metal Earth models are 5-10 cm) and allows us to attract a more solvent buyer;
- unlike many competitors in the market of games, toys and hobbies, we can be proud of the environmental friendliness and nobleness of the materials from which our products are made. An additional advantage is the high strength and durability of the finished model, as well as its impressive appearance. As a result of the latter, from an ordinary "craft" such a model turns into a stylish interior decoration or a spectacular souvenir, creating additional value for the consumer;
- we are focused on continuous development and implementation of innovations, which is reflected and will inevitably be reflected in our further developments. Such an approach will provide us not only with a lot of sales, but also with regular consumers-collectors, for whom our models will become a favorite and always interesting hobby.
