Idea

It is a SAAS, Uber-Like system which disrupts the fulfillment services market. The App connects online sellers and KeepToShip units meeting their needs. It is scalable globally.

Current Status

Today this system works in several states of the US (NC, TX, KY, UT) with products below 5 lbs.

Market

The market we focus on is the E-commerce Fulfillment Services Market. We will disrupt it.
- Market size value in 2020 was USD 77.57 billion
- Revenue forecast in 2028 is USD 168.72 billion
- Growth Rate - CAGR of 10% from 2021 to 2028

Our customers are:
- from one side - online sellers - our SAAS provides them with keeping and fast and cheap shipping for their products
- from the other side - anybody who wants additional income (usually retired people or mams). We connect them to our SAAS, allowing them to earn by keeping and shipping products, working 2-3 hours per day.

Problem or Opportunity

Retail customers want to receive products immediately and for a low price. Online sellers do their best, but the standard delivery time they can promise is still 3-5 business days. If customers need to receive the order in 1 day, they have to pay high shipping charges.
Our system allows next-day delivery at a minimum cost

Solution (product or service)

The same-day delivery at minimum costs.
The orders are shipped from the closest to a customer location (sometimes it is just 2-3 blocks away), allowing fast and cheap delivery. The net of KeepToShip units covers the countries with needed density.

Sellers may distribute their products among this net and see real-time inventory stock in each location.

KeepToShip unit keeper is a part-time self employed person who wants to have additional income working 2-4 hours per day.

Competitors

Some prominent players of the E-commerce Fulfillment Services Market are Amazon.com, eFulfillment Service, Ingram Micro, Shipfusion, Xpert Fulfillment, Sprocket Express.

We will disrupt this market
We are the first on this market with well-proven system (Uber-like)

Advantages or differentiators

We will disrupt the E-commerce Fulfillment Services Market
We are the first on this market with well-proven system (Uber-like).
We have eight years of experience in online sales.
We created and automated business processes, integrated them into a system, and created SAAS.
We invested three years of programming in order to build and improve the system.
We tested it for 2 years of working with KeepToShip units.
If somebody decides to copy, one will need years to catch up with us, even if one invests much more money.

Finance

We take 10% commission on each shipping (min $2)
- $1 goes to KeepToShip unit keeper,
- $1 goes to us
In two years we will have
- 1,000 KeepToShip units
- 100 shipments/day/unit
- 1$ per shipment
So that, our Gross Profit will be $100,000 per day, or $25,000,000 per year (considering 250 working days in a year)
The Revenue:
In two years $250M
In 5 years $2,000M

Business model

It is an Uber-Like business model.
The system links online sellers and KeepToShip units. We receive payments for a connection and provided services.
Also, the collected market data contribute value as well.

Team or Management

Risks

Social - no threats, just opportunities (the wave of people looking for additional income is coming, online sales are increasing exponentially)
Legal - Law changes may be a threat, for example, a restriction of competition. But the probability is low.
Economic - Possible recession
Political - cannot see any threats
Technological - The emergence of highly automated units that can work underground and without people. The probability of such emergence in the next ten years tends to zero.
