Smartifact

Smartifact is an online tool helping course creators save time in making fillable worksheets. Unlike other solutions, you can see student progress and responses for each particular worksheet.

We've started to work on it in June, conducted more than 20 interviews with knowledge experts who are using worksheets and other learning materials in their practice, made a design, and launched MVP at the end of August. Right now we are having demo calls with potential customers and have 3 pilots in the US for October who should pay us an annual fee ($199) upfront.

The majority of course creators, coaches, and consultants are still using Word & Google Docs, PDFs, and Canva for creating their learning materials. If they want to make it fillable, they have to use some PDF editing tool. And after sharing it with your students you still have
no idea if they even filled out the worksheets.

Based on our interviews (if we take a cohort course with 30 people) Smartifact can speed up the process of creating, organizing, and providing the feedback which will allow course creators to save around 20-25 min per student which is roughly 10 hours. And our subscription could be easily covered by selling just one-course seat. Creators are used to making worksheets in current tools, and those tools did not really change that much during the last 20 years and we believe we can change that.

Creators will pay a monthly fee for using our worksheet builder. Our pricing starts from $19 a month for the basic plan, $49 for the pro version. We are planning to add agency and enterprise plans later on. They also have an opportunity to get custom learning materials as a done-for-you solution for an additional fee.
