Current Status
The product is not yet in the market, however, we have some traction. Sales of the drone: it's been on the presale for 3 months, we have sold 7 units so far (1st month 3, 2nd month 2, 3rd month 2). We have 20 more orders waiting for our prototype to fly and charge, then they will pay the orders. 2,800 followers in our online community make our early adopters base: we have found 50+ points for charging stations where we will set up and keep them ready for the start. We're going to add these spots weekly to build a network of stations.

In 2020 in the USA food delivery was up 600%. Restaurants can't afford Doordash and Uber eats, they charge too much. You can't order a cup of coffee, it will cost you too much as well and - it will be delivered cold! Thus, delivering food and goods by people is both slow and expensive, it creates unnecessary traffic and pollution.
Solution (product or service)
An application, which you can use to submit a delivery request that is automatically sent to an INAIRWAY drone near to you. The app automatically figures out the navigational route for the drone and determines charging points for it. Once the order is ready for delivery at a restaurant/shop the drone will fly, pick it up, and bring it to your requested destination. We offer 3-min delivery in hands, twice less expensive than traditional delivery services.

Advantages or differentiators
First of all, we offer a p2p drone delivery network that is run by people. As a result, the tariff will be changing dynamically and the system will evolve naturally, driven by demand. Next, our technology - we have own IP for universal drone chargers, thus, participants may use their own drones to generate them passive income. Last but not the least, our drone chargers will be connected into a network that will complement our competitors: we will let them charge their drones.
Finance
We charge restaurants and people. Restaurants are charged a commission for sale, and for in-app ads of their offers. People are charged for delivery. Our expenses are - drone and charging stations manufacturing, marketing, legal and G&A. IMPORTANT: because we plan to use an uber-like marketplace where people own drones and charging stations, we will sell them, hence, the expenses for the manufacturing will be reimbursed for us (leasing etc).

Money will be spent on
We need investments to finish our prototype, first of all. After we're done with it we will be ready to come up with B2B solutions on the base of our technology: autonomous drone inspection, autonomous surveillance and control etc. We will just make drone solutions autonomous and save money to customers. This is why we need next investments. All of these actions lead us to the main goal - connecting all charging stations into a network and provide continuous drone operations.

We offer 25% of equity for $4,800,000. The first tranche of $250,000 is needed to finalize out prototype.
Regulatory risks connected with the use of drones is the major risk. We understand how to deal with it, by working with authorities, right now it's a grey zone where drone operators and authorities work with each other to create new rules. We're confident we can handle these risks, our competitors fly their drones without any problems.
