Idea

Online platform for attracting investments in commercial and private real estate. At the stages of the project / foundation / finished. Funds are raised through cryptocurrencies (tokens). Investment directions - buying real estate for the purpose of resale, renting out (apart-hotels), selling to investors (optional.)

Current Status

There is a completely ready-made scheme of work with specific goals and a plan for their implementation. There are developments and contacts in almost all regions where we are going to work.
There are agreements with developers, lawyers. There were direct sales of real estate in the region. (Cyprus, Greece, Turkey)

Market

From April to November 2020, the volume of institutional investors' crypto assets held by Coinbase grew by $ 14 billion in dollar terms. Now the total value of these assets is $ 20 billion.

Problem or Opportunity

The main client is the owner of an investment portfolio in cryptocurrencies.
We give the investor the opportunity to invest cryptocurrencies in investment property and make a profit from its sale or buy for himself.
Also, in essence, the client remains anonymous and receives a profit and return on investment in the form of cryptocurrency.

Solution (product or service)

The goal of our project is to attract the maximum number of cryptoassets for subsequent investment in residential and commercial real estate.
The Mediterranean region has been chosen as the starting point, as prices for new resort properties have dropped significantly and since the quarantine has been long and most of the investment flows in real estate have been stopped at the moment. Now there is an opportunity to firmly occupy a niche and in a year to consistently make a profit for investors. In the process, increasing its assets.

Competitors

Direct competitors are real estate agencies in the countries of the region.

At the moment, they are limited in their ability to work at full strength. They also have a very high customer value.

Advantages or differentiators

The main difference is the ability to invest your cryptoassets in real estate and receive income in the same cryptocurrency. As a plus, there is the opportunity to buy ready-made real estate in resort areas for cryptocurrency.

Offer for investor

Full refund of this amount within 10-12 months. After that, each investor, depending on the size of the investment share, will receive a part of 40% of the issued WPHF tokens. That will give the right to participate in the further management of the company and making a profit, depending on the share. There will also be an opportunity to sell tokens to a company or managing investors.

The full payback of this amount is included in the starting scheme and is calculated taking into account all risks, including new quarantine measures and other possible problems.

Risks

A complete stop of the real estate market in the region for one reason or another.
That was not the case even with the strict quarantines of 2020 in the countries of the region.
