Animal ID is a B2B2C platform that helps pet owners keep their pets safe through ID tags and a special mobile APP. The project has been gradually expanding to a full-service pet-centric platform.
The company works closely with manufacturers of pet products. We provide SaaS B2B services that help to digitize data of customers, pets, and sales. B2B partners include Kormotech LLC (pet food company with $60M+ revenue, distribution in 30+ countries), Collar Global (produces 400K products monthly, distribution in 60+ countries), US startups Petcube, Happybond, Esacare, and others.
Current Status
- 14K new monthly users - 70K APP installs (Since August 2020) - MAU - 12K - 60% Av. Subscriber Growth Rate - 8% Conversion rate to Premium subscription (in the US) - $50K monthly Revenue, 15% MoM Growth, (600% growth for the last 12 months)

- Almost $100B was spent on pets only in the US in 2020, and the market is growing up to 4-5% each year. Our TAM is around $7,5B. - In our focus dogs and cats owners (~180M) - Target age group - 25-44 (female 67%, male - 33%)
Problem or Opportunity
Millions of pets are getting lost every year. It's difficult to find a pet without a visual tag in the US. Pet owners are taking care to prevent the loss of a pet. Usually, they use two types of identifiers: ISO microchips and visual tags with contact information. The other opportunity is that pet owners don't want to have many APPs to manage the safety and health of their pets (diary, reminders, records, docs), communicate with other pet owners or veterinarians, buy products and services.
Solution (product or service)
We created a digital pet ID in the APP that can be connected with any type of widely used identifiers. We spread QR code ID Tags on the market that can be personalized and give additional features to pet owners in the APP: to track records, documents, reminders, etc. In the next step, we are going to add the possibility for users to manage all their purchases of products for pets and to communicate with others inside the platform.
