Developing of PC, Mobile and Switch video games

Current Status

We've released three projects since 2016th and now we're working on three more projects. We have a stable annual turnover. We are looking for a new round of investments to expand the company and complete projects successfully. Our main goal is to generate high-quality game content and, as a result, profit.

Market

Game development is always about the global market. Our common customer is a player. She or He can be at the age of 12 to 55 (if the person plays games often or even from time to time). So we spread our products all over the world.

Problem or Opportunity

We have lots of game development studios but not everyone can create good game content.

Solution (product or service)

We aim to create high-quality game content in different fields of game development such as PC RPG games, Hyper-casual mobile games, etc.

Competitors

The game development industry is a highly competitive business area. We have competitors all over the world. Everything depends on a specific game and marketing.

Advantages or differentiators

According to Newzoo, the game analytics source for 2019, the global turnover of the gaming market amounted to $152.1 billion and continues growing. Analytic forecast for 2021 is $180.1 billion global growth. The market is promising and constantly growing and covers the whole world and age groups and it definitely can be considered as a big advantage.

Finance

The financial model depends on the game. How many buys and downloads, etc. In the next 5 years, we expect to get top positions in Google Play market, Appstore, developing games of different types and genres.

Business model

Every game has it's own business model. For e.g. for our PC games, we use a premium business model it means that we sell our games on such platforms like Steam or Humble Bundle, in this case, the price is fixed. For our mobile games, we use a free-to-play business model with in-app purchase. It means that you can play for free and pay only for some upgrades, etc.

Money will be spent on

The money will be spent on:
1. Expand the team (we are planning to hire up to 34 new employees because our game dev studio constantly growing)
2. Resources for three new big projects (salary to employees, new technic, game development programs)
3. Advertising (it's very important in game development)

Offer for investor

We offer 20% of the company’s profit, but we are free to discuss the conditions.

Risks

Not every game can be successful, and it's ok. We create something new all the time and make a lot of tries. The main thing is don't stop and improve skills, mechanics, design, etc. We obtain new priceless experience while making mistakes and every bug can be turned into a feature.
