Our Customer is small and medium-size eCommerce business owners or C-level eCommerce employees who are facing problems described above and want to increase their business revenues.

Problem or Opportunity

1. Mobile Performance Problem. Magento, Drupal, WooCommerce and other old-school solutions are too slow and usually not mobile-friendly enough to give good mobile UX. It affects in losing sales and revenues on mobile traffic.
2. Old-school technology stack decreases SEO ranks. Google is auditing PWA, performance and other metrics on slow internet and gives best ranks only for good mobile performance.
3. Engagement & repeated sales. Websites are very easy to forget and don’t give needed engagement with customers. They come just once, buy and forget about your brand.
4. eCommerce mobile apps installation is too complex, no one wants to go to Apple Store to download next shop. Also, it’s too expensive to develop and maintain separate apps for iOS and Android.
5. Too long time to market. Speed of launch can affect profitability and market reach for eCommerce a lot.

Solution (product or service)

Best mobile UX - speed and mobile UX is a game changer in Ecommerce industry. Our app works as single-page application (SPA) with initial server-side rendering (SSR). Also there is fully cached product catalog in RAM instead of slow API. So we can make initial page loads together with browsing through catalog extremely fast and comfortable, which increases mobile sales.

Native app engagement. PWA allows to have a native feel app without spending a fortune on iOS or Android applications. You can add progressive app to your phone in 3 clicks. Consumers don’t need to go to Apple Store anymore to install app. Real icon on customer’s device increase his engagement and recurring sales.

Our storefront is much smaller in size than native apps, so user will keep it longer on his device, which gives more recurring sales.

Offline Mode. PWA allows customers to use the website even when offline. This helps to increase shopping engagement and conversion rate in subway and other places with connection problems. Users are able to do shopping and use basket offline with delayed transaction completion, as in native apps.

Push notifications. You have same ability to upsale and send push notifications to customers as if you have native app installed.

Easy start. Our Platform can be connected via API to any eCommerce CMS like Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce. No need to change anything in your company processes of uploading and managing products and pricing.

Independance. Our storefronts work as separate application with cached catalog, which doesn’t depend on your management software. Even if something happen to your PMS, your frontend will be working without any affect.

Cloud. Scalable containerized infrastructure is ready for any traffic increase during black fridays etc. No need to worry about server maintenance. It’s all handled by our cloud infrastructure.

Advantages or differentiators

We are experts in PWA technology, building products for different domains. We are working with PWA for more than 6 month already. We are experts in eCommerce sector, knowing their pains and issues very well. We already have working demo, which gives us several months advantage before anyone can develop same solution. We have huge experience of budget-wise development with R&D office in Ukraine, which makes our costs unfairly low.

Finance

We are charging starting from $3K for each new client instance for now. As soon as we have cloud ready we will charge starting from $1K per month for our cloud solution.

Business model

Subscription, pay per month/annually.

Money will be spent on

- Amplify sales department, hire more lead generators, sale more.
- Start doing content marketing and brand development, marketing activities.
- Amplify development team, complete cloud solution faster, develop more features faster.

Risks

Too slow business development. The niche is very promising and has a lot of money. So we expect many companies work on same solutions in closest future. It means we should grow really fast to be among first.
Each shop customization. We expect our clients wanting specific features, implemented directly for them. We are going to resolve this problem either involving partners to perform customization (like Springs) or having separate enterprise service department in company.
