Our clients pay:
15% from yearly rate gross for successfully hired candidate
80% payable on the first working day
20% after probation period

Our team gets:
50% from 1 month salary payable to HR Manager
26% from 1 month salary payable to recruiter, who found candidate
6% from 1 month salary payable to recruiter who worked in pair
