Idea

Implementation of technical requirements for the production of closed-type hydrogen energy systems of green energy of large and small capacity from 15 kW to 10 mW, high and low pressure composite and metal composite cylinders for technical, medical and combustible gases as a replacement for metal cylinders with explosion-proof and durable cylinders.
Production of modular systems of green hydrogen energy to meet the task of energy independence of industrial and residential locations.

Current Status

the team developed and manufactured a laboratory software machine for winding cylinders on a liner and equipment for hydrodynamic testing of cylinders for pressure and damage.
This gave an understanding of the relationship between the working pressure and the thickness of the polymer-impregnated fiber winding.
also worked out three options of fibers, glass fiber, basalt fiber, carbon fiber.
several basic types of polymer were also developed.
They studied and developed a closed-type hydrogen generation laboratory system

Market

Composite cylinders have a very large segmental range
1) portable high-pressure cylinders from 2 l to 1000 l
2) stationary cylinders from 1,500 l to 20,000 l
3) modules for methane for vehicles from 200 l
4) tanks for transporting gases from 200 l to 20,000 l
5) cylinders for domestic use of LPG gas from 5 l to 100 l
6) containers for liquids (water, chemical liquid substances, fuel) from 200 l to 500,000 l
7) composite semi-trailers for transportation of liquid substances, gases and fuel.
8) VOC local treatment facilities
Hydrogen local energy systems of a closed type, creating energy independence of industrial and residential locations, and having the ability to sell excess energy to the network, can be used anywhere around the world.

Problem or Opportunity


The main problem of high-pressure metal cylinders is this
1) high metal capacity,
2) splinter danger of rupture,
3) oxidation of cylinder metal,
4) not presentable appearance.
The problem of green energy from renewable sources is the accumulation of energy and realization in the dark time of the day, batteries operate with low efficiency of movement.
The problem of the energy structure of many countries is the dependence on hydrocarbon infrastructure and energy generation through combustion, polluted environment and increasing CO2 levels in the atmosphere, which causes overheating.

Solution (product or service)

Composite cylinders solve a number of problems
1) a composite cylinder is 50-70% lighter than a metal one
2) the composite cylinder is explosion-proof, has no fragmentation effect
3) the composite cylinder does not oxidize and retains its appearance throughout the service life
4) the anti-impact polymer coating of the cylinder preserves its color and appearance
The energy system of hydrogen green energy of a closed type solves the problem of energy independence of industrial and residential locations. Using solar, wind and water energy into electricity, it produces oxygen and hydrogen from water, stores both gases in separate pressure tanks, then produces electricity from the gases in a power cell, the gas is used as a form of energy storage and has no shelf life. Such a system has 80% efficiency of movement and does not pollute the environment.

Competitors

At the moment, in the world, green hydrogen energy is at the initial stage of development, since the energy industry has followed the path of development of batteries that do not solve the problem of pollution and have a low efficiency of operation, this makes our product competitive and technological and allows scaling it to the required parameters.

Advantages or differentiators

The advantages of the hydrogen green energy system are obvious if you compare it with hydrocarbon combustion systems, the efficiency of which is 50% less, and battery systems, which are 30% less efficient, the advantage can be called the absence of emissions of combustion products into the air and environmental pollution. The advantage is also the durability of the system, the safety of use if the safety requirements are observed, and the absence of noise during use.
Modern technologies make it possible to control the efficiency of the system with software and not to waste a lot of resources unnecessarily

The project is divided into two divisions:
1) production of composite cylinders, pipes and containers
2) design and manufacture of closed-type local energy hydrogen systems based on green energy

In order to sell hydrogen energy systems, it is necessary to constantly increase the media coverage of the project through social networks, the YouTube channel, and advertising in Internet search engines, arousing the interest of interested viewers around the world. I am sure that these products will gain popularity around the world among frequent customers and industrial enterprises
