There are times when there is no electricity for more than 4 hours, two or three times a week. My idea is the following: creation of an autonomous office with an independent power supply and heating, wh ere students could studying, employees could work. I am a member of many chat rooms in our town and I understand that people need it.

As I said before, in the end I want to get a non-volatile coworking space. The problem of electricity will be solved with the help of a diesel generator. The control over electricity will be behind the automation system, which will not allow overloading the electrical network.

At the moment, people are just looking for a place where there is at least an electrician to recharge their phones or laptops, spending money on the road. And it doesn’t matter what it is, cafes or restaurants, or some kind of shopping center.

Backup power supply is the main thing in this business. And since there is no such thing here yet, there is an opportunity to take this market into our own hands without competition.

The main source of income is the hourly rent of the workplace. Additionally, you can organize the sale of drinks such as tea / coffee / cappuccino. According to my modest calculations, even if you visit ten people per hour for eight hours a day, you can get about 4-5 thousand dollars. For example, even if we take 2 dollars per hour for 10 people per hour (but believe me, there will be more than 10.) for 8 hours a day, we will already get 160 dollars. Let 60 of them be for the maintenance of coworking, we get a net $ 100 per day. This does not include drinks..
