We create chess with faces. The game becomes more interesting when you play as personalities. So you can learn history, culture, cheer for your favorite characters, or make yourself a favorite figure.

The first 3D models have been made and I am experimenting with the materials used to make the chess pieces themselves. There is a prototype printed on a 3D printer.

My client is a person who gives a gift to a chess player. Or the chess player himself, who wants to reflect the memory of some moment. Since this is a personalized product, anyone who knows how to play chess can be a customer. And the whole world knows this game.

After the famous series The Queen's Gambit, the number of players and people learning to play chess has increased significantly. Today, according to various estimates, there are about 20 million players in Ukraine (that's half of the country).
The production cost depends on the selected material. At the moment, we use the services of contractors and one game costs 100 dollars.

Such a presentation of the game is not yet available on the market. When a person chooses chess, he sees many models and many good ones, but they are in no way related to him personally or to his interests. I conducted a survey among 300 participants of various categories in the social network and received a favorable response from 80%. People want such chess under the logo of their company, as a gift to friends, to commemorate events.

We have developed a universal model of classical chess, so that the player does not get confused about who exactly he is playing, because the sense of hierarchy is not always obvious. If necessary, we can customize the product. In this form, it is amenable to large-scale production, the production of the product can take up to two weeks, with complete equipment, it is possible to speed up deadlines, improve quality and reduce the price.

Also, if the buyer always has the opportunity to order a set of other faces and update already purchased figurines.

Artisans and handmakers who make each batch of chess individually.

This is chess according to the wishes of a person and only him. They carry information for her to remember.

In classic chess with a portrait, the production of one package costs 100 dollars without packaging and logistics services. Approximate selling price - 200 dollars per piece.
In a more personalized version. The production of one 3D mogeli chess with a face costs 90 dollars. In plastic, such a model costs 120 dollars. There should be at least 14 such figures.

It is planned to sell at least 500 sets of various ordered chess pieces per year.

I focus on the market of Ukraine, Europe and America.

Sales channels: marketplaces, specialized game stores and souvenir shops. Also design of own website and promotion through e-commerce.

Now the main need is to buy a 3D printer and consumables for the production of the first 10 batches, as well as to buy a printer for printing the faces of the heroes.
