Heat Ceram is a family of thermostats that help to manage the heating system remotely through the Heat Ceram App, that acheve to save 30-40% with the same comfort.

From 2021 we make the Heat Ceram v1.0 and take a market feedback, also we sold 700+ thermostats. In 2022 we make the Heat Ceram v2.0 that scale up from one device to family of devices. Now we have 5 potentially b2b customers and we start to produse our apps and cloud for google services.

Our typical B2B client is a electric-heaters manufacturer. And our B2C clients it`s a whole people who want to save-up money for heating his household or office, 25-80y.o. For B2B we have the 10 biggest manufacturer in Ukraine, And they need 5000 our thermostats for each month. For B2C segments we have a $10679mln market size (Statista 2022).

1) Touday conditions in energy markets makes unpredictable import of natural gas to Ukraine, heating of homes in winter 2022/2023 might be problematic and expensive for Ukrainian households.
2) Average efficiency of regular radiators widely used in Ukrainian households are 63-67%.
3) Every 1000 cubic meters of natural gas pollute environment by 1943.2kg (CO2), 8.23kg (CO), 2.13 kg (NOx).

1) Heat Ceram work with electric heating devices, so we don`t need natural gas and coal for heating our housholdes.
2) Electric infra-red radiators efficiency is up to 94% and higher. And with smart schedules in Heat Ceram app we can save up to 30% of money that we spend for heating.
3) Radiators for Heat Ceram is produced from eco-friendly materials (ceramic and metal). Also electric heaters doesn`t produce any harmful emissions (70,7% of energy production in Ukraine comes from renewable and environmental friendly sources (2021)).

Our business problem is consist of direct sales to electric-heaters manufacturers B2B sales (70%) and direct B2C sales via our internet store (30%). Also we have a paid functional in our app.
Целевое назначение инвестиций
We need to invest a money to improve our product - move our cloud to Google services that can give an ability to use AI technology for better experience of using our thermostat (temperature will automatically adjust for customer habits), rebuild our mobile application, scale our business (if we will sale 5000 pcs of our thermostats in a mounth we will become as a leaders in Ukraine thermostats market),also we want to open our own offline workshop for our products that will give even more confidence from our customers.
We have a risks because the Ukcraine in war condition, but when we produce our services for google servers in Europe we can product services to our customers 24/7.
