80% of the project is done - launching in summer 2023 but we want to launch in 4 months due to actual opportunity in our city.

Housing facilities is a huge problem now, in our region in central Ukraine we see an increasement of the population with 20%.
By acceleration our project we can place visitors in our complex.
We only cannot invest that fast as we planned.
Solution (product or service)
The decision to attract some investor is simple, fast finishing our complex that we can receive guests in our hotel because at this moment everybody is looking for housing and nobody can purchase by law an appartment due to war in Ukraine.
We have all the documents ready, we only need to finish the building works.

Alternatives in housing are not available today, this problem will stay for minimum one year.
Advantages or differentiators
Our building is unique in construction and based on renewable energy. Our fixed cost will be minimized in terms of energy.
Our loan cost is zero, we work without credits of the bank.
