We trade stock options professionally on the NYSE & NASDAQ markets. We're looking for impact investments to increase working capital and move forward with company expansion.

We're the NYSE trading company that's legally operating on the market since March 2020. We developing as a family company with a narrow circle of investors. We're profitable and we closed 2020 with a Net profit of 108% on working capital. We're fundraising to increase working capital. At the moment we do approx 10% monthly on working capital. We have 230000 EUR in cash or in our stock options assets at the moment. We publish our investment positions in real-time on our website.

Our customer is everyone who wants to invest with minimal investment of 25 000 of EUR. We provide high rates and transparent investment reports, so each customer can monitor how it's going.

We make nothing else than money. And we do it well. Nothing else matter. Nevertheless, we have a strategic plan to develop our company into a US investment bank and become a global player in the multibillion investment industry.

Our investment strategy is delta neutral trading. Stock trading strategies are often known when stocks rise and fall. It is not always easy to determine, and the cornerstone of a stock trading strategy is predicting which direction the stock price will move. Options trading presents a variety of strategies that allow traders to profit from the movement of a stock without guessing the direction in which it will move. Traders can bet on volatility, which is a measure of how actively the price of a stock is moving in any direction.

There are a lot of investment offers on the market in the financial sector. E.g. ET Funds or publicly traded government bonds. But we're not just another hedge fund. We know about the lack of the biggest financial industry of public investments in Ukraine and we know how to solve this problem. Regarding our roadmap, in the next 5 years, we'll start the US/EU/UK fintech company to support current investment operations. We're planning to increase working capital up to 100 m of USD in the next 10 years. Then we'll be able to start the transformation of the company into an investment bank.

Our business model is as simple as possible. We provide our services both to individuals and business entities. Our customers decide by themselves why they need to increase their capital. We offer the funds management service with outstanding interest rates.

Stock options trading. The common market operations. 100% of funds attracted by investors are for working capital. We have all business infrastructure including office equipment and need no extra expenses.

Well, there are two options you can choose from:

2. Become an impact investor and invest in private equity. We are going to sell 20% of the company's shares. The price of each share is equal to 100 000 EUR. You'll get 50x50 on the invested capital + 1% of the company's net profit as co-owner for each share. We'll have the right of the back purchase of the shares with the price of 2x. After the 5 years passed we'll have the additional obligation of the back purchase of the shares with the price of 2.3x on demand.
We expect up to 150% annual on the invested capital. At the moment we make approx 10% per month.

Are there any risks? Yes, of course, they are. As in every business you're going to invest in. Do we manage the risks professionally? Yes, we do.
