Idea

Ineffective and uncomfortable healthcare system announces an opportunity to deliver medicine more effective using telemedical technologies. Telemedicine offers opportunities to develop service better for the patient. For the present, there is an only alternative to traditional medical consultation – desperately searching symptoms in internet. Our service provides patients a unique ability to obtain an appointment with real doctor online.

Current Status

For now, we have successfully completed a month of pilot testing. Spending a minimum budget on marketing, we have achieved significant results. In addition, our team have achieved many unique customers and consultations. That confirms that sphere of telemedicine demonstrates massive potential in Ukraine.

Market

Target audience represent all population of Ukraine from 24 to 60 years old. In Ukraine, there is approx. 33 mil patients. Market potential is 191 mils. USD.

Likar Online proposes an innovative solution of ineffective healthcare system problem. Experienced doctors not leaving their homes can advise patients and vice versa. In modern and comfortable app patients get the virtual clinic where their will receive urgent medical assistance.

Competitors

Our main competitor is Doctor Online project. This service if funded by Kyivstar (Ukrainian primary cell operator).

Advantages or differentiators

1. Low expenses on maintenance and administration of the platform. We have minimized expenses on platforms upkeep, in this manner Likar Online shows most effective model of monetization.
2. Marketing on Facebook. No telemedical projects in Ukraine are promoting themselves in Facebook. However, we suppose that Facebook is most effective strategy to promote online service.
3. Modern and comfortable mobile app on all platforms.

Project is funded by private funds. (Friends and family)

Business model

Fixed consultation price. Income depends on amount of consultations made (items sold).

Money will be spent on

Main expense is advertisement. We will increase our marketing budget to extend our influence on Ukrainian market. In addition, we will rise amount of doctors working for Likar Online - that will grow expenses on salaries.

We are selling 50% of Likar Online Company.
