Idea

We are a white-label b2b aggregator offering search and instant booking of ancillary airport services via OTAs and airlines. Our product is designed to analyse an individual itinerary, match it against airport services available en-route and offer instant booking.

Current Status

Search API and PIM

Launched admin interface for the product information management. Search API is available to match itineraries to the available services. There are 5 letters of intent with the global online travel agencies

B2B, B2B2C. Our go-to-market strategy is to sell to OTAs/airlines via industry events and existing network of contacts worldwide.

Problem or Opportunity

More and more passengers are forced to use economy instead of business class. However they do not want to compromise on the comfort at the airports while the airports are becoming more crowded due to the growth of global passenger traffic.

Marketplace for ancillary airport services (fast track, lounges and parking) is extremely fragmented. The current model requires a passenger to browse scattered airport websites and book each service separately.

Airports struggle to promote ancillary services, while OTAs* miss additional revenue opportunity.

Solution (product or service)

A digital platform enabling travellers to discover, book and get an access to all additional airport services worldwide: parking, fast track, passport control and airport lounges. Our product is designed to analyse an individual itinerary, match it against airport services available en-route and generate tailor-made recommendation for a set of services which are supposed both to make a journey more pleasant and minimize risk of disruption on the way.
Our model adds value for passengers, airports, and OTAs. Airports will sell more services, OTAs will get additional revenue and improve customer satisfaction, while passengers will gain a hassle-free airport experience.

Competitors

Single service providers like Lounge buddy who offers Lounges worldwide b2c However non of them offers the set of all services and do not offer in built API solution.

Advantages or differentiators

The current players do not offer the set of services and do not provide with an in built API solution which analyses the itinerary at the moment of booking and instantly offers all available services on route.
