Вікові процеси, безумовно, впливають на пружність шкіри, її колір і привабливість. На ринку косметики сформувався стійкий тренд і потреба в натуральних засобах. Ефективним та доступним засобом є косметика на основі слизу (муцина) равликів. На ринку України представлені європейські та азіатські бренди. Муцин отримують шляхом збудження живих равликів та збору слизу. Процес цей трудомісткий та ми винайшли спосіб автоматизувати його задля виробництва власної косметики.
Поточний стан
We have developed PoC. We currently extract snail mucus and produce our own cosmetics production (5 items). We are in progress to make MVP. We have done a survey and around 10% of existing farmers (440 farms) are ready to become early adopters and buy/rent/lease our equipment to improve cashflow.

Problem. We have 440 snails farms in Ukraine. Due to the COVID most of the farms stopped or decrease production value --> EU market has closed for the export. The are looking for the opportunity to get/improve cashflow. So, Mollusca Automucus is an opportunity for them.

We have 2 competitors in Ukraine with the full copies of Polish and Chinese solution. Its semi-manual and require skills and knowledge to operate it. Moreover, the sellers are very far from cosmetics production, so they a bit far from the industry needs.

Our main advantage is our model. We sell equipment and we buy snail mucus back. From technical prospective, we have some improvements that allows to our customer to get expected level of mucus quality while extraction.

We already have a small revenue stream from cosmetics sales. We would like to increase it. To do so we need a snail mucus to be extracted on partners farm. So, we sell the equipment to our partners and buy their mucus. Win-win solution.

Its B2B model for our stations. Professional association is our main channel of distribution. Once we will have our solution on Ukrainian market we can arrange our presence on Global exhibitions to get the leads from there. I believe our conversion rate is around 10-20% for the first year. MQL-to-SQL is around 20-to-5. ROI is around 2 years and Customer Satisfaction is very high, because we provide win-win solution.
