- An MVP of the product was created to test hypotheses of client needs and monetization.
- Commercial agreements have been signed with the largest players on the market: CBRE, Raben Group, FM-logistics and many others
- The main hypotheses of monetization in the Ukrainian market were tested and business models were selected
- The product has already been launched in Poland, where the first customers were attracted and hypotheses are tested for development in Poland and the EU
- At the moment, internal testing of the main service of the On-Demand product is ending, followed by a pilot launch of this product with a number of customers

Taking into account the specifics of the market and that the main market metrics are the cost of services and square meters of real estate, we estimate the market of our key countries for development (for the next year - Ukraine, Poland, Russia + 5 European countries) at 37 billion US dollars in logistics services, where the average price of sq.m./month is $ 3.2. And the total area of warehouse property is about 290 million square meters.

Since we are creating an ecosystem for players on the warehouse logistics market, we have several main clients: SMB (small and medium business) and 3PL operators, and minor clients - brokers, warehouse owners, and large businesses. And each of them has different problems:
SMB - the difficulty and sometimes the impossibility of obtaining high-quality warehouse service from a 3PL operator. Especially at the time of peak market loads
3PL operators - free space and resources to provide their service, which in turn leads to a loss of profit
Warehouse owners - the problem of renting or selling real estate at a bargain price and in the shortest possible time
Broker - there is no single base of warehouses and warehouse service operators, which will make it possible to find out everything about a property or a company
Large business - a problem in finding warehouses, warehouse operators, brokers in the country

Our platform consists of several services:
- It's a Marketplace with detailed information about a specific warehouse, 3PL-operator, broker or warehouse owner. Where anyone can contact the objects or companies presented. This solves the problem of a single base of warehouses and market players, to find a counterparty for your business
- It's an "on-demand" service - an opportunity to solve the problem of SMB in receiving quality services from a warehouse or a 3PL operator. Through his personal account, a SMB representative can get access to 3PL services. In turn, the 3PL operator gets additional customers, increases profits, reduces dependence on anchor customers
Thus, our platform solves all the problems of market players and creates an ecosystem for warehouse logistics

1. TWareteka is a Marketplace that creates a wide sales funnel from business representatives, warehouse owners, brokers and 3PL operators. Each of the presented by the client can find the information he needs
2. Using our on-demand service, the client does not need to take on the integration work, since our specialists will take over the integration work
3. If the Client has any question or difficulty, our support service will always find a solution that will satisfy the client
4. Fast possibility of product scaling in the market since this is a SaaS platform

We plan to spend the next round of investments as follows (roughly): 40% - Research and development, 10% - expenses for opening an office in Poland and legal entities. formalities 10% - for employees' salaries in Poland 30% - marketing in the Polish and Ukrainian markets. 10% - commercial development of the project
