This project is in the promotion stage.
It's an established and documented corporation.
There's an existing channel with 44,000 subscribers in the process of monetization recovery (due to war-related challenges in channel promotion).
Character development has begun, and there are ready scripts for creating a short entertainment film.
The team currently consists of 6 individuals (including a cameraperson, editor, sound engineer, and music producer).
One character is already developed and has started gaining traction.
We possess equipment and software worth nearly 3 million UAH ( 80.000$ ) for implementing a media business of our scale, which is just the beginning.

We anticipate an audience of 18+ for our content, as our main theme will revolve around the intersection of earning and entertainment. Additionally, we plan to incorporate live streaming on platforms like Twitch, collaborations with other media personalities, musicians, bloggers, and more.

There is a lot of uninspiring and repetitive content on YouTube and in the general media landscape. Many channels simply copy each other and create similar content, shows, and more. Browsing through social media, it's rare to find something of high quality and attention-worthy that can engage an audience.

Even some million-follower bloggers often fail to deliver interesting content, relying solely on their popularity from being early entrants into the media space and creating some form of content.

As mentioned before, many modern bloggers have become uninteresting due to repetitive content. We aim to create an entirely new content that won't blend contemporary realities with overly flashy elements. Our idea is to produce something individual and high-quality, standing out amidst the general flow.

Our advantages include an individualized approach to creating high-quality content, both in terms of overall content and its quality. Additionally, our corporate scale, branding, and label distinguish us from other bloggers.

Furthermore, we can produce longer, high-quality content (films) without leaving the channel inactive for extended periods. We will have sufficient equipment and staff to continue filming videos every week while concurrently producing music videos and films.

We will be capable of shooting and editing custom video clips right from the start. The price for one edited video clip will be around $3000, with a turnaround time of approximately 2 weeks. Our channel's revenue will be influenced by the growth rate of the channels and the company's development. A significant portion of our earnings will come from direct advertising on social media. Income will correlate with the number of subscribers, social media engagement, and more.

Furthermore, during the initial months of 2023, YouTube pays a bit over $4 for every 1000 views in Ukraine. There will also be earnings from events, concerts, contests, giveaways, and more.

Regarding expenses, creating a short film would require a minimum of $10,000 for a basic production. For the initial film projects, our own budget will be used; however, sponsors for future screenings will cover these costs.

Our idea revolves around creating new characters and merging mundane YouTube content with cinematic visuals, crafting short films, music videos, vlogs, concerts, and more.

To stand out from the rest, we approach actor selection and content creation with utmost diligence. Starting from script creation, through development and testing, all the way to producing well-shot videos with exceptional visuals and sound quality. Most of these efforts are executed in-house.

In the media industry, risks involve external factors and poor content quality. In our case, potential risks could include factors such as fires, floods, earthquakes, natural disasters, war-related consequences (rocket impacts), and other force majeure circumstances.
