We produce cargo drones for delivery and agricultural aerial application global B2SMB and B2B markets, starting from Canada, Switzerland and USA.

We developed core technologies and the prototype, which confirms our technical suggestions in test flights.

We explored our markets with domain experts, events and competitors actions, getting initial confirmation of our business model suggestions. We have few product commitments from market innovators.

US and Canada aerial application drones market is estimated in $9B and it will be formed and occupied within next 5 years.
US heavy delivery drone market is estimated in $50-60B, being formed in next 5 to 15 years.

Precision agriculture technologies was grown 10 times in last 15 years in UA and Canada. Aerial application of chemicals became common with 89% of market coverage. Currently, aviation is mainly used for this purpose.

It costs dozen dollars per hectare, which allows farmer to have payback period up to 1 year if cost-effective aerial application drone is purchased and replaced costly aviation services.

Vertical take-off/landing cargo mini drones have 2 problems: limited energy on board and lack of precision and autonomy.

Few energy stored in batteries leads to limited flight time.

Lack of precision and autonomy of dumb GPS navigation systems leads to insufficient safety.

We developed technologies that overcome both problems using combustion as energy source and camera as navigation sensor.

Technologies of lightweight and forceful hybrid power units and autonomous optical navigation without GPS with precision of dozen centimeters.

Конкуренты

Hybrid power multirotor drone is being developed by MIT team, that received recently seed financing, with the same project state as proposed one.
Aerial application drones are presented on market by Yamaha RMAX and recent DJI solution. We have significant qualitative advantages over both of them and see a great market share for our solution.

Преимущества или дифференциаторы

There are few competencies in creation of combustion electric generators with high power density. We are highly committed to developments in this domain. Being on the cutting edge now, we plan to develop the new generation of UAV power units in further.
For a moment, there are military only solutions with autonomous navigation with comparable precision. It allows safe landing and flying in populated ares, that will be required for entrance to the delivery drone market.

Финансы

We look for pre-seed investment round to prepare product launch in the precision agriculture segment.
This product will allow us to reach $300M annual revenue with $100M EBITDA in 5 years.
Next rounds in the plan of this goal achievement are seed, A and B rounds.
