A group of companies named «Ecodom» has been working at the market of capital construction for 12 years and is one of the first in Ukraine which uses the technologies of frame construction of wooden houses from the I-beam on German technology used in low-rise construction in Europe and Canada. Seismic stability of buildings 9 points is achieved by lightness and rigidity. Due to the heat-effectiveness of this technology such construction has no equal. We suggest different projects for investments o on the Crimean peninsula and in Ukraine. These projects include the following directions :
1. Construction of cottage settlements, affordable housing complexes on several types of technologies:
-Canadian technology;
- Light construction panels
-Wood I- beam construction
with the continued maintenance of these systems.
2. Construction of boats and yachts (available team of high-qualified personnel, technologies and extensive experience in building ships). The organization of fishing communities to conduct fishing in the Black Sea and Azov Sea.
3. Construction and organization of complexes of green tourism. The maintenance of these systems.
4. A project in the field of marine tourism and recreation.
The aim of the project - to create a cruise fleet and a corresponding infrastructure to support the current demand for sea holidays in the Crimea, Ukraine, and then - in the Black Sea, Mediterranean Sea, etc.
