Problem or Opportunity

The problem is that many marketplaces and brands are losing their customers. And consumers do not have access to their products.

I ran into such a problem that shopping on the Internet is like a quest. Especially if you need to order a lot of things and in different stores. Not to mention food.
There are different platforms. They have in their own way interesting goods that you need at a certain time. Making an order in every store turns into a long story. An expectation that doesn't always end in a happy ending. And all because the necessary goods are in the basket of different stores. You cannot group them into lists and manage delivery times.
