Idea

The company is engaged in: pest control, disinfection, deodorization. We destroy rats, cockroaches, ticks, mold, odors, etc.

- all technical processes are in place.

- profit and customers are also available (there is a constant flow of customers, mainly from advertising + word of mouth, we work with business).

- the market is not very competitive, 2 cities are fully operational (Kiev, Kharkov). Everything is ready for launching 3 more: Kherson, Nikolaev, Dnipro.

- ready to develop more quickly, thanks to the financial push.

Current Status

There is no need to start this business from scratch. He works and makes a profit.

At the opening, my partner and I invested in equal shares of 70,000 UAH (~ $2500 each). In total, 140,000 UAH (~ $5,000).

What we have:
5 employees (administrator, call center operator, 5 disinfectants, marketer and site administrator);
Warehouse for storing equipment;
Equipment and chemicals:
apparatus generating steam - 1 pc (rent);
sterilizer - 1 pc (rent);
sprayer - 3 pcs.

Search for customers is carried out via the Internet and mass media. We have a corporate website and groups in social networks, as well as contextual advertising. We allocate funds for promotion every month. Furthermore, we do not advertise ourselves - we are a professional marketer from Canada. There is also a line of direct contacts. In some cases, we independently reach out to potential customers.

Market

Persons who have bought premises in the old fund. Disinfectants are consulted to keep housing in good condition and minimize the risk of infection.

Large companies. They often become regular customers and order services on a subscription basis. Organizations need to handle large areas.

In connection with the coronavirus pandemic, the list of potential clients has expanded.

Whereas previously organizations used the services of disinfectants, now individuals are also included in this list.

Solution (product or service)

We provide a comprehensive solution to all the above problems, both for businesses and for individuals.

Disinfection consists of three stages:

- For prevention. It is carried out regardless of the situation at the facility. The event is necessary to exclude the likelihood of the spread of infectious diseases in crowded places. For prophylaxis, all surfaces are cleaned using special compounds containing bactericidal additives.

- Current disinfection. It is carried out if a focus of infection is detected. The measures are aimed at its localization and neutralization. The current disinfection is carried out in rooms where coronavirus patients have been identified. The procedure destroys pathogens and prevents its spread. Disinfection service employees disinfect objects and the environment, carry out sanitary and hygienic measures.

- Final disinfection. Performed in case of recovery, isolation, hospitalization, or death. The place where the patient was located is cleaned of possible infectious agents.

The technology itself depends on the type of procedure. We use the following technologies:

- Steam. You will need a special apparatus that generates steam. All surfaces are processed with it.

- Air. The room is sterilized by supplying heated air. Its temperature reaches the threshold at which germs and viruses die.

- Chemical. Surfaces are treated with disinfectants.

- Physical. The method includes a set of techniques involving the use of temperature, radiation, mechanical action.

We also use complex disinfection by combining different methods. As a result, we provide the client with a quality service. At the same time, the set of necessary equipment and consumables depends on the type of disinfection.

Competitors

The market is not very competitive. There is one strong player - the Liquidator company. But we have advantages to compete with them.
