- Competing with brands that are well fortified in the customer’s head. Main thing is to correctly determine who our customers are, if we don’t do it right, we can expect failure!
- Business model “Who can break patterns gets attention”. If we do not succeed in changing the mental structure in the head of our customers, failure may await us (this point refers to the emotions that the client will be able to experience when buying our product). If we can’t give the client the emotions that he expects, this may negatively affect on our business.
